While we are dedicated to assisting our customers, our role in the claims process is limited. Once you submit your form, it will be sent to your insurance company, and you will then receive the contact information for the adjuster along with your claim number. After this step, please remember that any questions or concerns regarding the claim should be directed the adjuster or specialist. Additionally, all third-party requests (individuals other than our insured) must first discuss and obtain agreement from the insured before any claim processing can occur.
